Dalibor Grubacevic was born in Koprivnica, Croatia/Europe on January 9, 1975. Besides the regular education he occupied himself with music since he was 6.He started with private lessons, learning how to play a guitar, a piano, went on to playing in a tamburitza orchestra, where he first met with chamber form of orchestration and instrumentation and the playing of certain traditional instruments interesting sound-wise and interesting in the way they're being played.
His r'n'r phase followed (playing in the band "The Bugs") and the making of his first authorial works
in the early 90s. However, his music has actually begun in the last couple of years, when he has found his true inspiration and satisfaction , as well as everything else that makes a person go on.

Opening his own studio in 1994 is of special importance to him. In his studio, his primary concern
is production, recording the material for bands either demos or for publishing. Because of the
upgrowth, and his following (the upgrowth) of technology, recording and producing activity has been
gradually pushed back by his relization that he is capable of reviving an orchestra through practical
involvement in it. He writes scores with ease, which, with the help of MIDI orchestration and samples
in the end sound like a "real" symphonic orchestra.
A couple of years he goes for a private lessons of harmony and counterpoint, as well as private
lessons of orchestration.
Besides this, he writes scores for certain chamber orchestras, and collaborates with many composers
and authors in Croatia and abroad (mostly Austria).
